Fieldproxy built the Fieldproxy: Field Team Monitor app as
[open source/free/freemium/ad-supported/commercial] app. This SERVICE is provided by
Fieldproxy at no cost and is intended for use as
is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our
policies with raising concerns on refunds, requesting an issue resolution or any other escalations thereof.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to
the refund information mentioned in this
policy. The Personal Information that we collect is
used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with
anyone except as described in this Refund Policy.
Refunds On Fieldproxy
Given the nature of digital services, a refund or credit on a purchase is not granted unless one of the warranties given by the service provider has been breached, or a refund is required under other relevant consumer
protection laws. If you would like to request a refund contact us at support@fieldproxy.com
We will assess refund or credit requests on their merits, considering the digital nature of Fieldproxy's services
items and the type of item preview that was available before purchase. There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations
like the following:
You have changed your mind about the service;
You bought the service by mistake;
You do not have sufficient expertise to use the service;
You can no longer access the service you requested because it has been removed (we advise you to keep a regular check on the service and update mails we send out to avoid this situation).
If we decide to issue a refund or credit (for a future service), this will generally be done using the same manner
used to make the purchase. So if the item was purchased using Envato Credits, you will be given credit for future transactions with Fieldproxy; if the item was purchased
using a particular payment method you will be refunded using the same payment method in reverse.
Any payment made to you will be made in either US Dollars or INR, whichever is your default payment - under the rules of the payment method - after cutting any conversion costs for local currency.
We may update our Refund Policy from
time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page
periodically for any changes. We will
notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on
this page.
